INFRARED SAUNA
There are many benefits to using an infrared sauna. The sauna causes the body to sweat, burn calories, increases overall circulation, improves the immune system, rids toxins from the body, and improves muscle and joint pain. Weight loss and increased metabolism are some additional benefits along with relief of stress and fatigue. The infrared sauna is also great for removal of unwanted cellulite, and can improve some skin problems such as eczema, and psoriasis. Cuts and open wounds also heal more quickly with less scarring.
Treatment Pricing:
- Purchase any series of three or six of your favorite service and receive three or six complimentary infrared sauna sessions.
- Purchase a private sauna session 30 minutes or less for $45.00
- Purchase a sauna session 30 minutes or less for $1.00 per minute (Sauna seats 4)
We invite you to come in early and stay late to enjoy the relaxation area. We also encourage you to use our shower facilities after receiving your sauna service. These sauna treatments are also included in our new packages.
